Abstract

The invention discloses a man-machine interaction apparatus used for a frequency converter and a method thereof. The apparatus comprises a keyboard, keys, a communication cable and a man-machine interaction interface which are arranged in a frequency converter cabinet. The man-machine interaction apparatus also comprises a mechanical connection unit and an electrical isolation unit. The keyboard is provided with 5 keys. The electrical isolation unit comprises a key passive contact point and a PCB. When the key are pressed down, the mechanical connection unit is linked, the key passive contact point is closed and the PCB provides power. The PCB transmits a signal to the man-machine interaction interface through the communication cable. Through the man-machine interaction interface, a digit input state of the keys is accessed so as to determine an external input condition of the keys, and then parameter supervision operation or parameter adjusting operation is executed. In the invention, a technical problem of completing flexible operation of the man-machine interaction interface only through a few keys can be solved, electrical isolation of the man-machine interaction interface and an external keyboard is realized and cost of integral equipment including the keyboard is greatly reduced.
