The manufacturing method of the natural whitening cold soap includes the step: taking materials according to the ratio; uniformly mixing the oil to obtain natural vegetable oil mixture for standby application; dissolving the sodium hydroxide by the rose hydrosol, adding the sodium hydroxide into the oil and performing stirring saponification; adding the whitening traditional Chinese medicine powder after slight saponification and continuing stirring until complete reaction to obtain soap liquid; pouring the soap liquid into a mould, forming, demolding and drying the soap and cutting the soap to prepare a finished product.
