The handle is rotated by using hands or an externally-arranged motor; when the torque sensor detects that the torque(s) of the driving gear and / or the driven gear reach(es) a limit torque of a dental implant, the electric control module can control the meshing state of the driving gear and the driven gear, namely, enable the driving gear and the driven gear to be in a non-meshing state from the meshing state, so that the function of overload protection is realized.
