The method comprises the steps that an illuminance sensor and a master controller are arranged; the lamp body is provided with n sets of LED lamps of different colors, and n is equal to or larger than 2; the illuminance sensor is arranged at the tunnel entrance and used for sensing illuminance data outside a tunnel and transmitting the illuminance data to the master controller; and the master controller adjusts the brightness value of each set of LED lamps according to the illuminance data, and accordingly all the LED lamps can obtain the needed illuminance after color mixing is completed.
