Abstract

The invention discloses a culture medium for edible fungi. The culture medium is prepared from, by weight, 45-50 parts of palm shells, 24-26 parts of dry rabbit dung powder, 33-36 parts of buckwheat hulls, 2-3 parts of zeolite powder, 3-4 parts of tamarind seed polysaccharide gum, 1-2 parts of sodium silicate, 30-32 parts of paulownia saw dust, 2-3 parts of gamma-polyglutamic acid, 45-48 parts of wheat straw, 3-4 parts of urea, 18-20 parts of peat soil and an appropriate amount of water. Hyphae using the culture medium grow vigorously, and contamination of sundry fungi can be effectively restrained; by using the palm shells, the buckwheat hulls and the like, the use amount of tree saw dust is greatly decreased, forest resources are saved, and the production cost is reduced; and meanwhile, by matching the organic materials with the ingredients such as the sodium silicate, the nutrient composition of matrix can be improved, the biological conversion rate of the edible fungi is increased, and the economic value of edible fungus cultivation is improved.
