Abstract

A converter valve tower vibration monitoring system disclosed by the embodiment of the present invention comprises reflectors and photosensitive screens, laser sources, photoelectric converters and a vibration monitoring device, wherein the reflectors comprise a first reflector and a second reflector which are arranged at the adjacent two lower edges of a converter valve tower and both are connected with the corresponding lower edges of the converter valve tower movably, the photosensitive screens comprise a first photosensitive screen and a second photosensitive screen which are used for receiving the light rays reflected by the first and second reflectors, and the laser sources comprise a first laser source and a second laser source which are arranged in the bottom surface of a valve hall corresponding to the bottom surface of the converter valve tower; the photoelectric converters comprises a first photoelectric converter and a second photoelectric converter which are connected with the first photosensitive screen and the second photosensitive screen respectively and electrically, and the vibration monitoring device is connected with the first photoelectric converter and the second photoelectric converter electrically. By utilizing the optical reflection principle, the converter valve tower vibration monitoring system of the application can detect the mobile displacement generated by the vibration of the converter valve tower real-timely, and can monitor the vibration of the converter valve tower accurately.
