The method comprises the following steps: a first terminal determines a calling terminal as a main calling terminal after receiving PSCCH which is sent by the calling terminal and is loaded with a first terminal identifier; the first terminal feeds back acknowledgment ACK information to the main calling terminal to inform the main calling terminal that the connection is successfully established; and the first terminal feeds back ACK information to the main calling terminal after successfully receiving PSSCH which is sent from the main calling terminal and is loaded with communication information to inform the main calling terminal that the communication information is successfully received. According to the single calling method and system disclosed by the invention, the end-to-end direct communication under the broadband DMO can be realized.
