The solar cell module comprises a solar cell panel, a protection substrate, a buffer part and a frame; the buffer part comprises an upper buffer part and a lower buffer part; the buffer part is divided into a solid buffer layer and a gas buffer layer; the buffer part near one side of the solar cell panel is the solid buffer layer; the gas buffer layer of the lower buffer layer forms a closed cooling gas buffer chamber; a part at four sides of the substrate and having a solar cell passes through the substrate and the solid buffer layer of the lower buffer layer, so that holes are formed; a heat conduction material is filled in the holes; and the gas buffer layer of the lower buffer layer is provided with a heat conduction plate corresponding to the holes. The solar cell module disclosed by the invention has good heat dissipation function.
