Abstract

The segment of evaporation separator is connected with a second segment of evaporation heater through a U-type pipeline. The second segment of evaporation heater is connected with a second segment of evaporation separator which is connected with the vehicle urea prilling tower and the vehicle urea packaging system. A tracer agent adding opening is arranged in the U-type pipeline and is connected with a tracer agent stirring tank through a tracer agent flow control device. A tracer agent charging opening and a water charging opening are arranged in the top of the tracer agent stirring tank. The adding device, the method and the application are advantageous in that a production device is proper in design; the detection method is simple and precise; product sources can be traced; counterfeit and shoddy products are prevented from being passed; quality monitoring of vehicle urea production enterprises is facilitated; and rights and interests of consumers and production enterprises are maintained.
