The method includes: turning over and washing 480g of pork tripe, and cutting it into small pieces; wrapping up 11g of betel nut and 28g of bighead atractylodes rhizome with a gauze bag, tightening the bag port, putting the pork tripe pieces and the herbal bag into a pot together, adding 5g of ginger and 300ml of clear water, performing cooking with strong fire to boiling, then conducting stewing with soft fire for 1h until the pork tripe is completely cooked, then removing the herbal bag, adding 146g of washed polished rice and conducting cooking to a congee state, flavoring the cooked congee and adding 10g of salt. The decocted congee is taken twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
