A preparation technology of preparing the special organic base fertilizer for the grape planting by using the fertilizer ingredients comprises the steps of (1) raw material preparation, (2) raw material fermentation, (3) fertilizer preparation and (4) packaging. A fertilizer utilization rate of the special organic base fertilizer for the grape planting can be increased; zinc elements in the fertilizer can increase fruiting quantity of each grape string; boron elements can improve the fruitlessness of grapes and reduce the fruitless quantity; and the base fertilizer can also prompt the similar maturity of the grapes, boost the grape growth, increase the grape yield and improve the grape quality at the same time.
