A drive mechanism used for driving the screw to rotate so as to enable the lifting platform to move up and down is arranged on the support. Two or more ramming units are arranged on the lifting platforms. Each ramming unit comprises a telescopic oil cylinder arranged on the lifting platform, wherein the telescopic end of the telescopic oil cylinder is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped ramming plate, the telescopic oil cylinder is arranged on the upper surface of the lifting platform through a base plate, and the base plate is provided with kidney-shaped adjusting holes arranged in the diameter direction of the lifting platform, and locking pieces which are inserted into the corresponding adjusting holes and penetrate through the lifting platform to lock the base plate and the lifting platform.
