Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1, listing all traffic flow combinations with a known total time length and to-be-distributed pass time; 2, calculating shortest pass time needed by each traffic flow combination in the first step; 3, calculating a quotient by dividing the total time length of the traffic flow combinations by the shortest pass time; 4, selecting a traffic flow combination with the smallest quotient, and carrying out distribution of pass time and phase time; and 5, determining whether the pass time of all traffic flows are already determined, if so, completing intersection phase time distribution, and otherwise, returning to the first step and performing a next round of traffic flow pass time and phase time distribution.
