Abstract

The control box is designed with a hollow cavity. The top part of the control box is provided with opening holes from which external light could penetrate and drop on the bottom plate surface of the control box. The controller can determine whether the solar cell panel in connection therewith is at the position where light can be received best or not based on the light dropping position on the bottom plate surface. If the solar cell panel is not at the position, the controller notifies a driving device to drive the solar cell panel to move to the position at which light can be best received.
