Embodiment Construction

[0019] The following are preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are only used for explanation of the present invention and not for limitation.

[0020] see figure 1 , P0.1 of the present invention is measured in the following manner:

[0021] Close the basal flow of the ventilator and the inspiratory and exhalation valve, and perform a test with a P0.1 value within the time frame allowed by the test, trigger ventilation if a P0.1 value is obtained, and if P0 is not obtained within the time frame allowed by the test .1 value, normal ventilation resumes after the time allowed by the test has elapsed. The time allowed for the test here is selected as any value from 0.5 to 30s, for example, 1s is selected.

[0022] Specifically, the method includes the following steps:

[0023] 1) Start timing, record the current expiratory pressure value, and close the basic flow of the ventilator and the exhalation and inhalation valve;

[0024] 2) Detect whether the test proc...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing mouth occlusion pressure, wherein the method comprises the following steps: closing a basic flow of a breathing machine and an inhalation / exhalation valve, and testing a P0.1 value within an allowable test time range; triggering ventilation when the P0.1 value is acquired; and recovering normal ventilation after an allowable test time when the P0.1 value is not acquired within the allowable test time range. With the application of the method disclosed by the invention, the P0.1 value is calculated while achieving normal ventilation, without a standby process; a user can set the test time in accordance with actual demands; and the calculation of the P0.1 value is not affected by mode switch.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ventilators, and in particular relates to a method for measuring oral cavity closure pressure. Background technique [0002] Respiratory support is one of the most critical means to save the lives of emergency and critically ill patients. The ventilator has become an indispensable device in clinical treatment. It has been widely used clinically to improve the patient's oxygenation and ventilation, reduce the work of breathing, support breathing Circulatory function, and the treatment of respiratory failure. The monitoring function of the ventilator is one of the important links in determining the grade of the ventilator. A relatively complete ventilator monitoring function is an important prerequisite for realizing that the ventilator is suitable for the pathophysiological changes of the patient's lungs, which requires that it not only include the display of conventional ventilation and lung mechanical parameters,...
