A processor is used for operating a 3D application program so as to generate virtual reality content and converting the virtual reality content into two pieces of virtual reality content and then outputting the two pieces of virtual reality content into the display screen. The display screen is used for outputting the two pieces of virtual reality content on the same screen, and each piece of virtual reality content is corresponding to one optical member. The optical members are used for optically processing the virtual reality content going into the scope of human eyes so as to form virtual images of the virtual reality content. The mobile terminal symmetrically outputs the two pieces of stereo virtual reality content on the same screen. Therefore, the stereo effect is good. Besides, since the system can be realized simply through the mobile terminal and the virtual reality helmet, the application is convenient, the carrying is easy, and the application scope is wide.
