Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method of graphene oxide test paper for identification of collagen peptide. The method comprises the following steps: (1) substrate preparation: modifying a nano material capable of fluorescence resonance energy transfer to absorbent paper, cutting the absorbent paper into rectangular of 3+ / - 0.3mm*1+ / - 0.1mm, drying naturally at 20-40 DEG C, dropwise adding 0.5-1 [mu]l 20mM PBS buffer on the substrate and drying naturally; (2) probe preparation: modifying a peptide with specific sequence by fluorescent molecules; (3) probe and substrate hybrid: dropwise adding 0.5-1 ul of a probe peptide solution to the substrate for hybridization, incubating for 10-20min and drying naturally; and (4) identification of collagen peptide: premixing an analyte and probe peptide, dropwise adding 0.5-1 [mu]l of the mixed liquid to the substrate, incubating for 20-40 min, and drying naturally; and exciting by using excitation wavelength of fluorescent molecules in step (2) in the dark, and detecting the degree of fluorescence recovery. The test paper has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, convenient detection, good specificity, and small sample amount.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a graphene oxide test paper detection method for identifying collagen peptides, belonging to the technical field of biological detection. Background technique [0002] The unfolded fragments produced by collagen degradation are important targets for disease diagnosis and treatment. As the main component of connective tissue, collagen has the function of supporting and protecting soft tissues. Collagenase hydrolysis plays an important role in many biological processes such as wound healing, tissue development and regeneration; however, excessive degradation of collagen will lead to a large number of diseases such as arthritis and tumors. Therefore, the development of antibodies and peptide drugs targeting the degradation products of collagen in the unfolded state has always been a research hotspot. Collagen highly reproducible (Gly-X-Y) n The amino acid sequence makes it very difficult to develop antibodies with high specific...
