Embodiment Construction

[0033] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, further illustrate the method of the present invention.

[0034] The following five kinds of agricultural and forestry wastes were collected: bamboo chips, oak wood, hickory nut shells, rice straws, and rape stalks. Each material is divided into 5 groups, corresponding to the carbonization temperature of 300°C, 400°C, 500°C, 600°C and 700°C, with 4 samples in each group, corresponding to the carbonization time of 0.5h, 1.5h, 3h and 6h. The samples were placed in a muffle furnace for carbonization. The biochar was finely ground with a mortar to obtain samples with a particle diameter of less than 0.1 mm.

[0035] The spectrum testing system for biochar samples consists of a USB4000 spectrometer produced by Ocean Optics, a 10W halogen light source, a transmission fiber, a sample holder, a computer, and a power supply. The optical fiber probe is placed vertically about 1cm above the sample. The light from the light source i...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for rapidly identifying the charcoal carbonization temperature based on spectrum analysis. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a charcoal spectrum database; (2) carrying out principal component analysis (PCA) on the spectrum database, and extracting front q principal components with the highest contribution rates according to the size of the variance contribution rate; (3) carrying out mode identification on the charcoal carbonization temperature by virtue of a Fisher linear discriminant analysis (FLD) method according to front q principal components Z1, Z2, ..., Zq obtained through PCA analysis of a sample; (4) scanning a to-be-identified sample spectrum; (5) carrying out same principal component analysis on the to-be-identified sample spectrum, and extracting front q principal components Z1, Z2, ..., Zq with the highest contribution rates according to the size of the variance contribution rate; and (6) classifying to-be-identified samples into a corresponding charcoal carbonization temperature category according to an established FLD model, so as to finish the rapid identification of the charcoal carbonization temperature.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid identification method of biochar carbonization temperature based on spectral analysis. Background technique [0002] Biochar is a product formed after incomplete combustion and pyrolysis of biomass under anoxic conditions. It has extremely low solubility, large porosity and specific surface area, and strong adsorption, oxidation resistance and biodegradation resistance. Biochar plays a significant role in improving soil fertility, soil carbon sequestration, increasing sinks and reducing emissions, and remediating polluted environments. The physical and chemical properties of biochar are not only related to biomass materials, but also affected by process parameters such as temperature, time, and strength during carbonization. Among them, the carbonization temperature of biochar has a significant impact on the characteristics of carbides. The carbonization temperature is closely related to the energy consumption of the c...
