Embodiment Construction

[0017] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0018] Since semiconductors are absorbing materials, it is generally believed that absorption will attenuate the amplitude of light waves, so absorbing materials are generally not used when it comes to optical properties, and it is considered that they will not obtain huge Kerr Corner, the present invention just utilizes the absorption characteristic to add polarization information on the ultra-thin semiconductor film to display rich color and light wave inform...

Abstract

The invention provides a color printing method for adding polarization information to an ultrathin semiconductor nano-coating. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a magnetic metal layer is evenly deposited on a substrate made from any material through a film deposition technology, and the thickness of the metal layer is not larger than 100 nm; and 2, an ultrathin semiconductor film is deposited on the magnetic metal layer through the deposition technology, different colors can be shown by controlling the thickness of the ultrathin semiconductor film and utilizing the absorption characteristics of the semiconductor material, and the maximum thickness of the ultrathin semiconductor film is not larger than 50 nm. The substrate is made from any material, and the two-layer model structure is utilized, specifically, the first layer is the magnetic metal (iron) layer, and the second layer is the semiconductor film. By means of the method, colors of a whole color spectrum can be obtained through modulation, colors and polarization can be controlled simultaneously, and a giant Kerr angle can be achieved. The film structure prepared through the method is free of color fading and Kerr angle reduction as time passes. As the printed coating is ultrathin, the specific form of the substrate is not influenced, and a unique printing effect can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of color printing, in particular to a color printing method for adding polarization information to an ultra-thin semiconductor nano-coating. Background technique [0002] Color printing is the reproduction method of reproducing images or text in color. To produce high-quality color reproductions, many conversion processes need to be covered. The color decomposition in color printing corresponds to the scanning of the original. The scanned image is composed of red, green and blue. The problem to be solved in color printing is how to accurately decompose the reproduced color into the required amount of ink, and how to print the required amount of ink On paper, control the ratio of each primary color. How to prevent color shift in printed matter and accurately reproduce color and level is an important problem to be solved in the printing process. If these aspects are ignored, the quality of printed matter will...
