The processing device for the thin nori cakes comprises the following parts: a machine frame, a material dropping device, a rotating device, a driving device, a dewatering device and a controller; the controller is connected with the material dropping device, the rotating device, the driving device and the dewatering device; the driving device and the dewatering device are arranged on the machine frame; the machine frame comprises a driving platform holder, a dewatering support platform holder and an extrusion table holder; the dewatering device comprises a support table, an extrusion plate and a linear driving device which is connected with the extrusion plate; the material dropping device is located above the transmission platform; the rotating device is located under the material dropping device, and is capable of driving a shaping disc to rotate; the driving device comprises a driving source and a transmission device which is connected to the driving source; the transmission device comprises a transmission platform; and a shaping disc is arranged on the transmission platform.
