Abstract

The invention relates to a livestock breeding method and especially relates to a formula of a weaning concentrated feed supplement material for a three-month old yak calf and a weaning feeding method using the same. The weaning concentrated feed supplement material is prepared from 30-40 parts by weight of highland barley, 30-40 parts by weight of corn, 17-24 parts by weight of rapeseed meal, 0.7-1.0 part by weight of sodium chloride, 0.05-0.1 parts by weight of calcium sulfate, 0.3-0.5 parts by weight of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.8-1.0 part by weight of calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of magnesium oxide and 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of vitamins A, D and E. A weaning technology utilizes technical measures of suspension of a nasal baffle plate between a rhinarium of a yak calf so that the yak calf cannot suck breast milk but can eat pasture and supplement feed, reduces weaning-caused yak calf and female yak stress and is suitable for grazing yak weaning management.
