The noise-reducing device comprises a bone induction pickup, a processor, a vibration source and a bone induction player, wherein the bone induction pickup is used for measuring a noise value in user body and transmitting the noise value to the processor; the processor is used for acquiring a change curve of the noise in body on the basis of the noise value measured by the bone induction pickup, forecasting the noise value at the next moment according to the change curve, getting an invert phase noise value of the noise value and then transmitting to the vibration source; the vibration source is used for generating an invert phase noise according to the invert phase noise value; the bone induction player is used for transmitting the invert phase noise into user body in a bone conduction manner. According to the invention, the noise-reducing device acquires the noise in user body in the manner of bone conduction, generates an invert phase sound wave of the noise in body and then transmits to human body in the manner of bone conduction, so that the noise in body is reduced or counteracted.
