Problems solved by technology

[0004] It is more objective and real to study the immersion of different materials and explore the aging failure mechanism of materials in the marine environment. However, due to the complex and changeable factors affecting the real sea environment, it is often difficult to carry out relevant experimental research in this case for a long time. At the same time Due to the harsh environment of the real sea, it is not conducive to the in-depth development of related scientific research activities, and the development of a set of aging test equipment that simulates immersion in the real sea environment will help to carry out long-term, continuous, and in-depth immersion aging test research, which will benefit the real sea environment. Provide objective data for the design and maintenance of production equipment used in the process, and provide a scientific basis for studying the immersion aging process of materials and the failure mechanism of material functions, and further improving material performance and material quality

Abstract

An aging test apparatus for simulating real sea immersion environment belongs to the technical field of environment test devices and mainly includes: a constant temperature water tank, a plurality of immersion chambers, a compressor set, a heat exchange pipe, and an oxygen adding pump. In the constant temperature water tank, temperature of seawater is controlled by the compressor set, the heat exchange pipe, and a PLC. Each immersion chamber is arranged inside the constant temperature water tank. Two layers of porous boards are arranged in each immersion chamber, wherein test samples are arranged on the porous boards. The constant temperature water tank is provided with a temperature sensor. A water discharge valve and a water discharge pipeline are arranged on the lower part of the tank to discharge the seawater after test. Each immersion chamber is equipped with a thermocouple temperature sensor. The PLC, an electric control safety switch and a touch screen are arranged in an electric control cabinet. The test apparatus has simple structure, good practicability and operability, can simulate the aging and corrosion environment of a material in a real sea immersion and supplies conditions for scientific researching of aging failure of the materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an aging test device for simulating immersion in a real sea environment, which includes a constant temperature water tank for controlling the seawater temperature during the test. A heat exchanger is arranged in the constant temperature water tank to adjust the temperature of the seawater up and down. The chamber is used to simulate the immersion environment of different concentrations of seawater. The immersion chamber is equipped with orifice plates for placing test pieces, and various test pieces of different specifications can be placed to make full use of the space. Background technique [0002] The ocean is not only a treasure house with rich resources, but also an indispensable space environment for human survival and development. Since the 21st century, all countries have attached great importance to the development and utilization of marine resources. my country is a country with a large population and relatively scarc...
