The method comprises the following steps: operating a compressor to acquire a real-time operational frequency, a real-time exhaust temperature and a real-time outdoor environmental temperature of the compressor; acquiring a target exhaust temperature corresponding to the real-time operational frequency according to a known corresponding relationship between the target exhaust temperature and the operating frequency of the compressor as a first target exhaust temperature; taking the sum of the first target exhaust temperature and a set compensation temperature as a second target exhaust temperature, wherein the set compensation temperature is determined according to the real-time outdoor environmental temperature; and by taking a difference value of the real-time exhaust temperature and the second target exhaust temperature as a deviation, performing PID control on the open degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the deviation.
