Abstract

The steps are as follows: extraction of total RNA in blood and preparation of cDNA; fluorescent quantitative PCR detection of hsa-miR-149-3p level; evaluation of the miRNA molecular marker. According to the invention, large sample tests indicate that novel miRNA marker hsa-miR-149-3p in peripheral blood is significantly increased in the type 2 diabetes mellitus, and has a molecular level positively correlated with the blood glucose level of a subject. A detection method is simple and easy to operate, has little trauma to the subject, is high in sensitivity and specificity, and can be used for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus at early stage and different stages.
