The method includes the steps of 1), soaking the cyclocarya paliurus seeds with 200-2500mg.L-1 gibberellin solution for 8-10 days and mixing once every other 6-8 hours; 2), mixing the cyclocarya paliurus seeds and the gibberellin solution which are subjected to seeds soaking with wet sands, wherein water content of the mixed wet sands is 60-70% of that of saturation moisture content, and volume ratio of the wet sands to the seeds is 3:1; 3), placing the mixture of the seeds and the wet sands in a cutting pool to perform natural stratification for 60-80 days. More than 75% of the full seeds of the cyclocarya paliurus seeds can sprout rapidly and tidily, and seedlings can be directly sown or raised in a container.
