Abstract

Glue used for a 3D printer and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The glue is prepared from, by weight, 20-30 parts of isopropanol, 15-25 parts of glycol, 10-20 parts of triethanolamine, 4-6 parts of polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether, 4-6 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of industrial dye, 1-3 parts of methyl salicylate, 70-80 parts of deionized water, and 5-7 parts of acrylamide and acetone, wherein the weight ratio of the acrylamide to the acetone is 4-6:1. The glue has properties of high strength and short drying and curing time, which may be related to the weight ratio of the acrylamide to the acetone in the raw materials. When the weight ratio of the acrylamide to the acetone is 4-6:1, effects are optimum.

Description

technical field [0001] The 3D printing consumables of the present invention specifically relate to a glue for 3D printers and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] 3D printing technology, also known as three-dimensional printing technology, refers to a 3D printer that can "print" a real object, and uses layered processing and superposition forming to increase materials layer by layer to generate 3D entities. The most prominent advantage of 3D printing technology is that it can directly generate objects of any shape from computer graphics data without machining or molds, thereby greatly shortening the product development cycle, improving productivity and reducing production costs. [0003] The core of the development of 3D printing technology is not printing, but the constraints of material technology. Only with the development of new material technology can 3D printing technology be further practical. At present, 3D printers have been used to make molds...
