Abstract

The invention discloses a method for regulating nematode trophic groups of a lawn compost medium by means of carbon nanomaterials. The method comprises the steps that 1,500 g of soil is loaded into each plastic pot, 50 g of domestic rubbish compost is added into each pot, and the domestic rubbish compost and the soil are compounded into a lawn establishment medium; the carbon nanomaterials of graphene, graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes are added according to the proportion that each carbon nanomaterial accounts for 1% (w / w) of the mass of the soil, a treatment group without the carbon nanomaterial serves as a control group, 5 g of seeds of lawn plant festuca arundinacea are seeded into each pot, an experiment is conducted indoors, the whole experiment lasts for 130 d, and the first harvest is mowed on the 65 d for determination. It is shown through experimental results that after the carbon nanomaterials are added, not only are growth and propagation of most trophic group nematodes promoted, but also a positive influence is brought to growth of the plant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and relates to a method for regulating nematode nutrient groups of lawn composting matrix by using carbon nanometer materials. Background technique [0002] In the 21st century, nanomaterials have become one of the most promising materials in China. It is estimated that there are more than 800 products containing nanomaterials on the market, which are widely used in various fields. Among them, carbon nanomaterials are a class of nanomaterials with important application value. Only from 2009 to 2010, the global carbon nanomaterials increased from 2190 t to 4065 t. At present, carbon nanomaterials that have received more attention include graphene, graphene oxide, and carbon nanotubes. Graphene is a new type of carbon nanomaterial in recent years. It is a honeycomb two-dimensional planar structure material formed by the hexagonal arrangement of sp2 hybridized C atoms. In 2010, the...
