Abstract

The invention relates to a desertification grassland seed bank activation method and application. The method comprises the steps that a sample land is sealed; a plurality of parallel soil furrows perpendicular to the prevailing wind direction of spring are formed in the soil land; an organic fertilizer and a water retaining agent are mixed to prepare a water locking and fertilizer maintenance agent, then, the water locking and fertilizer maintenance agent is uniformly sprayed into the soil furrows in the opening direction of the soil furrows; soil is used for covering the soil furrows with the water locking and fertilizer maintenance agent, and the covered soil is compacted; after an adhesive and water are dissolved, the mixture is sprayed on the surface layer of the sample land; application for repairing desertification grassland is included. The method and application can greatly improve the ecological repairing efficiency, meanwhile lower the desertification grassland ecological repairing cost and take effect rapidly.
