The objective of the invention is to solve the problem of the decrease of the survival rate of live fishes in transport equipment caused by the injuries of the fishes caused by mutual squeezing and rubbing which is further caused by large swing of water in the transport equipment. The transport device comprises an outer water storage tank and an inner water storage tank arranged in the outer water storage tank; a water separation layer which divides the outer water storage tank into a front part and a back part is arranged in the outer water storage tank; an inner water storage tank through opening is formed in the water separation layer; the bottom surface of the inner water storage tank is provided with rolling wheels; the inner water storage tank is supported on the inner bottom surface of the outer water storage tank through the rolling wheels; the inner water storage tank passes through the inner water storage tank through opening; a front reset tension spring located between the front side surface of the inner water storage tank and the front side surface of the outer water storage tank is arranged in the outer water storage tank; and a back reset tension spring located between the back side surface of the inner water storage tank and the back side surface of the outer water storage tank is arranged in the outer water storage tank.
