The quantitative distributing device comprises a main body part, a discharge part and an opening and closing part, wherein a storage cavity for containing a material is defined in the main body part, and an outlet is formed in the bottom of the main body part; the discharge part is arranged below the main body part, a discharge cavity is defined in the discharge part for receiving a material flowing from the outlet, and a discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the discharge part; the opening and closing part comprises an upper baffle positioned between the outlet and the discharge cavity, and a lower baffle positioned below the discharge hole, and is configured to be capable of translating operably so as to be at one of a closing position and a material supply position, when the opening and closing part is at the closing position, the upper baffle opens the outlet and the lower baffle closes the discharge hole, and when the opening and closing part is at the material supply position, the upper baffle closes the outlet, and the lower baffle opens the discharge hole. The invention further provides the refrigerator provided with the quantitative distributing device. With the quantitative distributing device, the material in a container can be quantitatively distributed.
