Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, limited by the layout of the whole machine, the inlet of the refrigerant is often connected to the elbow. The two-phase refrigerant has already undergone gas-liquid separation after flowing through the elbow, and then hits the equalizer plate through the refrigerant inlet pipe due to gravity. Separation occurs again, which makes the distribution of the two-phase refrigerant between the heat exchange tubes less uniform

Abstract

The invention relates to a refrigerant distributor assembly of a dry-type shell-and-tube evaporator. The refrigerant distributor assembly comprises a tube plate, a barrel body, a liquid uniformizing plate, a gas uniformizing plate, a cover plate and a gas-liquid separator, wherein the barrel body is connected with the tube plate and is used for partitioning the tube plate into a refrigerant inlet area and a refrigerant outlet area; the liquid uniformizing plate is fixedly connected to the barrel body and is arranged close to the tube plate; the gas uniformizing plate is fixedly connected to the barrel body, and forms a liquid chamber with the liquid uniformizing plate, and a liquid inlet tube connected to the liquid chamber is further fixedly connected to the gas uniformizing plate; the cover plate is connected with the tube plate in a matching manner, and forms a gas chamber with the gas uniformizing plate, a gas inlet tube connected to the gas chamber is arranged on the cover plate, and the gas inlet tube penetrates out and is exposed out of the cover plate; and a gas outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with the gas inlet tube, and a liquid outlet is connected with the liquid inlet tube. The refrigerant distributor assembly realizes uniform distribution for a gas-phase refrigerant and a liquid-phase refrigerant into the tube plate, and adequately exerts the heat exchange performance of the evaporator. The invention further discloses a dry-type shell-and-tube evaporator adopting the abovementioned refrigerant distributor assembly, and an air conditioner adopting the dry-type shell-and-tube evaporator.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner manufacturing, in particular to an air conditioner, a dry shell-and-tube evaporator and a refrigerant distributor assembly thereof. Background technique [0002] In an air conditioning unit using a dry shell-and-tube evaporator, the high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant liquid flowing out of the condenser becomes a gas-liquid two-phase mixture after throttling. In order to fully utilize the heat exchange tubes arranged in the evaporator tube box To make full use of the heat exchange area, the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant should be evenly distributed to each heat exchange tube as much as possible to avoid the situation that there is only liquid refrigerant in one part of the tubes and only gaseous refrigerant in the other part of the tube. [0003] In order to achieve this purpose, at present, a refrigerant distributor is generally installed before the evaporator, such as figure ...
