Abstract

The handheld underwater grouting pile top-surface elevation control early-warning device comprises a handheld alarm, a waterproof lead and an underwater closed probe. The handheld alarm is provided with a main controller, a power supply, a signal processing circuit and an alarm circuit inside, wherein the power supply, the signal processing circuit and the alarm circuit are connected with the main controller respectively. A motor is arranged in the underwater closed probe. When concrete is grouted, coarse aggregate rises to the designed elevation, the motor inside the underwater closed probe rotates in a resistant manner, and shoot-up current signals generated by the resistant rotation are connected to the handheld alarm through the waterproof lead to generate alarm signals. The handheld underwater grouting pile top-surface elevation control has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation and can be accepted by on-site constructors.
