The invention discloses an automatic refueling method and system for circulating fuel management, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the initialization of the system; receiving the information transmitted by a reactor core program; enabling a part of a reactor core to be reduced to a full reactor core according to the received information through a reactor core reduction strategy; analyzing the former circulation position of a refueling assembly, and adjusting the distribution position of segments in the refueling assembly through employing an assembly rotation strategy; carrying out refueling through exchanging the internal information of the refueling assembly according to the inputted refueling information; uploading the arrangement of the reactor core after refueling to the reactor core program, and forming a reactor core model for next circulation, so as to carry out the subsequent circulation calculation. According to the embodiment of the invention, the method does not exert any constraint on the type of the reactor core, is suitable for the calculation of reactor cores of any type, reads the refueling arrangement of all circulating reactor cores through building each circulating burn-up end database, can achieve the multi-circulation automatic refueling reactor core calculation, provides convenience for fuel management, and is good in engineering applicability.
