Embodiment Construction

[0017] A modular rapid dismantling method for an extra-large blast furnace hearth, which includes, keeping the blast furnace in working condition, implementing:

[0018] (1) Locate several through-tunnel positions on the concrete foundation of the lower part of the blast furnace body;

[0019] (2) Carry out drilling and cutting at the elevation of the top of the tunnel to form a through cutting surface to separate the upper and lower structures;

[0020] (3) Drill holes at the four corners of the positioning tunnel, and cut the concrete around the tunnel based on the holes;

[0021] (4) Pull out the concrete core of the tunnel to form a through tunnel;

[0022] (5) Turn off the flame and stop the furnace;

[0023] (6) Put the sliding and jacking equipment into the corresponding position of the tunnel;

[0024] (7) Temporarily lift and fix the upper furnace body;

[0025] (8) Cut the lower hearth section, use the lower sliding equipment to remove it, and move it out;

Abstract

The invention relates to blast furnace maintenance, especially to an extremely large blast furnace modular quick demolition method. According to the extremely large blast furnace modular quick demolition method, a blast furnace is maintained at an operating state and the following steps are implemented: several cut-through tunnel positions are positioned on the concrete base at the lower part of the blast furnace body; boring and cutting are carried out at the elevation place at the top of the tunnel so as to form a cut-through cutting plane and separate upper and lower structures; boring is carried out at four corner points of the positioned tunnel, and concrete around the tunnel is cut on the basis of holes; tunnel concrete core is drawn out to form a cut-through tunnel; the furnace is flamed-out and switched off; slip and jacking equipment is placed into the corresponding positions in the tunnel; the upper furnace body is lifted and fixed temporarily; the lower hearth section is cut and dismantle and removed by the utilization of lower slip equipment; and by the jacking equipment, the upper furnace body is put down, cut and removed in order so as to complete the demolition process. According to the invention, blast furnace overhaul time is further shortened, maintenance investment is minimized, and construction risk is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to blast furnace maintenance, in particular to a method for dismantling an extra-large blast furnace. Background technique [0002] After the blast furnace reaches its design life, the production efficiency is greatly reduced, but the production risk increases sharply, and the furnace needs to be shut down for maintenance or scrapped. The shorter the maintenance time of the ironmaking blast furnace, the smaller the impact on national economic production. Therefore, shortening the overhaul time as much as possible, reducing maintenance costs, and controlling construction risks are key issues to be solved in the blast furnace overhaul project. [0003] The key process of the blast furnace overhaul is the replacement of the furnace body. Due to the continuous aging of the blast furnace equipment and damage to the refractory materials in the furnace, the temperature of the furnace body cannot be effectively controlled, and the furnace...
