Problems solved by technology

Therefore, the advantage of AODV is that it can take advantage of multicast, which is what all other protocols lack; the disadvantage is that it relies on symmetric links and cannot handle networks with asymmetric links.

Embodiment Construction

[0036]The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0037] The present invention provides an active and passive ad hoc network routing method, which can provide low-latency table-driven routing for routing requirements within two hops, and event-triggered on-demand routing for routing requirements above two hops. . Specifically include the following steps:

[0038] Step 1. Each node in the network establishes and maintains its own routing table.

Abstract

The invention discloses an ad-hoc network routing method based on the combination of active and passive ways. The ad-hoc network routing method can be applicable to the ad-hoc network with relatively centralized nodes and of which most nodes are within two hops, can ensure the real time of routing under the premise of reducing routing overhead, and has the characteristics of low overhead and small time delay. The method comprises the steps that firstly each node dynamically establishes and maintains the one-hop neighbor information list and the two-hop neighbor information list of the node via a HELLO packet; then a one-hop routing list and a two-hop routing list of the node are established and maintained according to the neighbor information lists; and when a source node is to initiate the routing to a target node, the source node firstly looks up that whether the target node is in the one-hop routing list and the two-hop routing list of the node, if yes, the routing to the target node is established according to the one-hop routing list and the two-hop routing list through using a list-based routing drive method, and if no, the routing to the target node is established in an on-demand routing manner.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ad hoc network routing strategies, in particular to an ad hoc network routing method combining active and passive methods. Background technique [0002] The routing of self-organizing wireless network (AdHoc) can be divided into two categories: the first type is the routing driven by the routing table, and the second type is the on-demand routing triggered by the source node. The main feature of the first type of table-driven routing is that it needs to periodically maintain routing table entries, the routing overhead is large, and the delay is small. It is suitable for networks with slow topology changes. Route State Routing (OLSR) and Wireless Routing Protocol (WRP) etc. The second type of on-demand routing only performs the routing discovery process when it is needed. The routing overhead is small, but the routing establishment process will cause a large delay. It is suitable for networks with rapid t...
