Abstract

According to the image rendering method, when a display panel is driven to perform imaging displaying, image pixels which correspond with the left boundary of to-be-displayed image information are displayed through the front three sub-pixel units in each line of sub-pixel units of the display panel; the image pixels which correspond with the right boundary of the to-be-displayed image information are displayed through the last three sub-pixel units in each line of sub-pixel units of the display panel; namely the left boundary of the display panel displays the left boundary of the to-be-displayed image information through the front three rows of sub-pixel units, and the right boundary of the display panel displays the right boundary of the to-be-displayed image information through the last three rows of sub-pixel units; and the left boundary and the right boundary of the display panel perform image displaying through same number of sub-pixel units, thereby reducing display brightness difference between the left boundary and the right boundary of the display panel and improving image display effect.
