The method is characterized by including (1) weighing motherwort herb, glossy privet fruit, honeysuckle bud and flower, dandelion, barbary wolfberry fruit, eucommia bark, milkvetch root, Chinese angelica and liquorice root according to a weight ratio, (2) adding water into the traditional Chinese medicine components and decocting, (3) cooling the decocted traditional Chinese medicine components and filtering to obtain a filtrate and medicine dregs, (4) adding white sugar and honey into the filtrate, adding the solution into a culture medium, adding zygosaccharomyces bailii and acetobacter xylinum, and performing static cultivation for 24 h with the temperature being set to be 30-33 DEG C and humidity being controlled to be 25-30% to obtain a fermentation liquid, and (5) adding the obtained mixture in to a culture medium, adding the zygosaccharomyces bailii and the acetobacter xylinum to obtain a fermentation body, taking the fermentation body out, drying in air, and smashing to obtain solid-particle traditional Chinese medicine-added feed.
