Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the above patents have the following disadvantages: (1) It uses rectangular features for identification, which deviates from the real object, and its accuracy cannot be guaranteed when working in a complex environment
(2) The calculation method is complex, more data is required, and there is mutual influence and interference between the data
(3) When the collected signal is returned, there is a loss in the signal, and there is no way to make up for it

Embodiment Construction

[0033] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0034] Such as figure 1 The shown laser transceiver sensor with a fixed modulation frequency includes a PCB board 7 and at least one laser transceiver circuit, and the number of laser transceiver circuits is set according to needs.

[0035] Such as figure 1 As shown, each laser transceiver circuit includes a modulation transmitting unit and a receiving unit. The modulation and emission unit includes a modulation module 1 and a laser emission module 2; the modulation module 1 is used to generate a fixed modulation frequency (for example: 180kHz square pulse wave); the laser emission module 2 generates a regular laser signal according to the modulation frequency , the laser emitting module 2 is electrically connected to the modulation module 1 . The receiving unit includes a convex lens 4 and a laser receiving module 3; the convex lens 4 is used to receive and amplify the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a laser transmit-receive sensor with a fixed modulation frequency. The sensor comprises at least one laser transmit-receive circuit. The laser transmit-receive circuit comprises a modulation emitting unit and a receiving unit. The modulation emitting unit comprises a modulation module and a laser emitting module. The modulation module is used for generating the fixed modulation frequency. The laser emitting module is used for generating regular laser signals according to the modulation frequency. The laser emitting module is in electric connection with the modulation module. The receiving unit comprises a convex lens and a laser receiving module. The convex lens is used for receiving a reflected signal generated by diffuse reflection of an obstacle and amplifying the reflected signal. The laser receiving module is used for receiving the reflected signal amplified by the convex lens. When the laser emitted by the laser emitting module meets the obstacle, the reflected signal is generated. According to the invention, the influence of environmental light on the generation of the laser signals is relieved and the waveform quality of the received signals is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sensor, in particular to a laser transceiver sensor with a fixed modulation frequency. Background technique [0002] With the development of science and technology, various new measurement methods have come out one after another, among which sensors represented by laser are developing rapidly. The advantage of the laser sensor is that it can realize non-contact long-distance measurement, fast speed, high precision, large measuring range, and strong anti-photoelectric interference ability. [0003] For example, the publication number CN102062587A discloses "a method for measuring the pose of a multi-mobile robot based on a laser sensor". This method uses a laser sensor for area scanning, calculates the parameters of the robot in the global coordinate system through equations and calculations, and then calculates the center position of the robot. Coordinates to calculate the current angle parameters of the robot. Another exam...
