Abstract

The invention discloses a reversed micelle supercritical CO2 dyeing system of a polyester-cotton blended fabric. The reversed micelle supercritical CO2 dyeing system is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of pentapolyethylene glycol monooctyl ether, 10-35 parts of n-pentanol, 0.01-0.20 part of active dye, 0.01-0.10 part of dispersed dye, 40-60 parts of carbon dioxide and 0.01-6.0 parts of distilled water. After the polyester-cotton blended fabric is put into a high-pressure container, the reversed micelle supercritical CO2 dyeing system has very good dissolving performance; the active dye can be used for dyeing cotton fiber components, and the dispersed dye also is used for dyeing polyester fiber components; and the cotton fibers are dyed in the absence of salt so that staining and specking phenomena of the fabric, caused by the dye, are greatly avoided. Furthermore, water is not used, and the reversed micelle supercritical CO2 dyeing system has the advantages of simple preparation process, environmental friendliness, high dyeing efficiency, good dyeing effect and the like. After dyeing is finished, CO2 fluid is changed into gas which can be recycled and repeatedly utilized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of polyester-cotton blended fabric dyeing, in particular to a polyester-cotton blended fabric reverse micellar supercritical CO2 dyeing system and a dyeing method. Background technique [0002] Polyester-cotton textiles have the highest output among multi-component fiber textiles, among which polyester-cotton blended fabrics are the majority. In the dyeing process of polyester-cotton blended fabrics, since polyester is a hydrophobic fiber and cotton is a hydrophilic fiber, the structures and properties of the two components are quite different, so people usually use disperse dyes for polyester fiber dyeing and Combining dyes such as reactive dyes, direct dyes and vat dyes for dyeing cotton fibers, one-bath one-step method or one-bath two-step method is used to dye polyester-cotton blended fabrics in a water bath, but these methods are time-consuming, Staining is more serious and it is easy to cause fabric s...
