Embodiment 1

[0028] A method for making bricks from beach silt, comprising the following steps:

[0029] 1) Excavation of sediment: Simultaneously excavate the sea silt and sea sand of the coastal tidal flats and estuary beaches;

[0030] 2) Cleaning: use a large amount of clean water or reclaimed water, and use a whirlpool dechlorination device to clean the excavated sand and soil silt. After cleaning, separate the sand and silt slurry;

[0031] 3) Centrifuging the sludge slurry: drying the centrifuged sludge until the moisture is less than 20%, and drying the moisture; the centrifuged water is reused in the cleaning stage, and the chloride ion concentration in the water reaches 0.06% and is directly discharged into the sea;

[0032] 4) sieving: the shells in the sand obtained in step 2) are sorted through a 4-purpose sieve with sieve holes;

[0033] 5) Pulverization: pulverize the shells into powder, the diameter of the powder is not more than 1mm;

[0034] 6) Stirring to make billets:...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of building material manufacturing methods and relates to a novel method utilizing sea beach sludge to make bricks, in particular to a method adopting sludge of coastal sea beach and estuary beach. The novel method includes steps of silt excavation, cleaning, sludge slurry centrifuging, sieving, smashing, stirring for blank making, pre-drying and firing. By using the novel method, accumulation of sludge sand along the sea beach can be improved, and treatment of sludge sand of coastal mud flat in a quantity-reducing, harmless, recycling and industrializing manner is realized; the bricks made by the method can replace bricks made by using pure clay as a raw material, desilting is realized, and damage to land is reduced, so that ocean environment is protected and land is protected. Sludge bricks as a product have objective economic benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of building material manufacturing methods, and relates to a new brick-making method using beach mud, in particular to a brick-making method using mud from coastal beaches and estuary beaches as raw materials. Background technique [0002] Coastal beach and sea estuary silt is a series of physical, chemical and biochemical processes by which nutrients from various sources are deposited in the sea estuary to form loose gray-black silt sand rich in organic matter and nutrients. Because there are many rivers flowing into the sea along the coast, the sediment materials carried by the rivers accumulate in the estuaries and along the coast, and at the same time, the coast continues to move outward. Due to the high salt content in the silt sand, it cannot be directly used for construction; while the organic matter is high, the organic matter in the bottom mud is prone to decomposition process under the action of bacteria, wh...
