Abstract

The invention provides a liver magnetic resonance R2* parameter graph drafting method. The method comprises steps that a liver magnetic resonance image is acquired, and a liver interest area is drafted; for each target voxel in the interest area, adaptive weight of neighborhood voxels can be acquired according to a vector similarity measurement model; in combination with attenuation signals and the adaptive weight of the neighborhood voxels, an R2* value of each target voxel is acquired according to a target optimization function model and a non-center chi square distribution noise first-order moment model, and the liver magnetic resonance R2* parameter graph is acquired. Through the method, the spatial resolution and the signal-to-noise ratio of the liver magnetic resonance R2* parameter graph can be effectively improved, and a more accurate liver iron-content distribution graph can be acquired.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a liver magnetic resonance R2 * Parametric graph drawing method. Background technique [0002] For blood transfusion-dependent patients, such as sickle cell anemia and thalassemia patients, long-term blood transfusion therapy will cause excessive iron deposition in the liver, heart and other endocrine organs, which can lead to liver cirrhosis and even organ failure. Since 70% to 90% of excess iron in the human body will be deposited in the liver, liver iron concentration is usually used as an important indicator of iron content in the body. [0003] Compared with direct liver iron measurement method of percutaneous liver biopsy, based on liver magnetic resonance R2 * The hepatic iron measurement method with parameters can effectively avoid complications such as hepatic hemorrhage. Using MRI R2 * Parameters of liver iron measurement method, based on liver magnetic resonance R2 * The liver iron content measurement method bas...
