A preparation method includes the steps of taking the medicinal materials according to the weights, adding water, and boiling the mixture till liquid medicine becomes brown, and a daily dose of the decoction is divided into three parts to be taken after meals. The medicine solves the problems that existing medicines for treating roundworms are large in side effect, cause addiction and are long in treatment time, the relapse rate is high after patients stop taking the medicine and roundworms can not be thoroughly treated. The medicine is suitable for treating roundworms.
