Problems solved by technology

[0002] Thrips is an important pest of tea trees. Thrips suck the juice of young leaves of tea trees with adults or nymphs. The back of the damaged leaves loses luster, reddish-brown stripes and brown spots appear, the leaves become stiff and brittle, and the tea leaves gradually shrink. and quality degradation, resulting in great losses
This pest has several generations in a year, and the overlapping of generations is serious, making it difficult to control
At present, the prevention and control of this pest mainly relies on chemical pesticides, but the long-term abuse of chemical pesticides has caused a series of problems such as environmental pollution of tea gardens, decline in tea quality, and excessive pesticide residues. These problems have reached the point where they must be solved, seriously affecting the economy and society of the tea industry. benefit

Embodiment 1

[0013] In May 2015, in Fu'an, Fujian Province, the attractant content of 17.7 mg was used to prepare tea tree thrips attractant lure cores, and the addition amount of each substance is shown in Table 1. Field attractants used with yellow sticky boards to survey thrips populations on sticky boards. Treatments and controls were randomly arranged in the field, and each treatment had 6 replicates. From the survey data in Table 1, it can be seen that the attractant can increase the trapping ability of the sticky yellow board to thrips by about 12 times, and the statistical analysis shows that there is a very significant difference between the two. It shows that our attractant has obvious attracting effect.

Embodiment 2

[0017] The content of adopting attractant is 177ug to make tea tree thrips attractant lure core, and each material content is as shown in Table 2. Use the attractant with yellow sticky boards in the field and investigate the number of thrips on the sticky boards. Treatments and controls were randomly arranged in the field, with 5 replicates for each treatment. From the survey data in Table 2, it can be seen that the attractant can increase the trapping ability of the sticky yellow board to thrips by about 2.3 times, and the statistical analysis shows that there is a significant difference between the two. It shows that our attractant has obvious attracting effect.

Embodiment 3

[0021] Adopt the content of attractant to be 0.177ug to make tea tree thrips attractant lure core, each material content is as Table 3. Use the attractant with yellow sticky boards in the field and investigate the number of thrips on the sticky boards. Treatments and controls were randomly arranged in the field, and each treatment had 6 replicates. From the survey data in Table 3, it can be seen that the attractant can significantly improve the trapping ability of the sticky yellow board to thrips.

Abstract

The invention provides a thrip attractant based on tea plant volatiles. The thrip attractant contains alpha-farnesene and cis-jasmone. The two active ingredients, namely alpha-farnesene and cis-jasmone, are respectively prepared into a solution with the concentration of 8.5*10<-6>-8.5*10<-2>mg / ml and a solution with the concentration of 9.2*10<-6>-9.2*10<-2>mg / ml, and then the solutions are prepared into a mixture in weight proportion of 8.5:9.2, wherein the obtained mixture is namely the tea plant thrip attractant. The attractant provided by the invention is prepared from main raw material artificially synthesized volatiles, is obvious in attractive effect on tea plant thrips and has the characteristics of using convenience, no pollution and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of trapping pests in large quantities through semiochemicals, and in particular relates to a thrips attractant based on tea tree volatiles. Background technique [0002] Thrips is an important pest of tea trees. Thrips suck the juice of young leaves of tea trees with adults or nymphs. The back of the damaged leaves loses luster, reddish-brown stripes and brown spots appear. And quality decline, causing great losses.
