Abstract

Sine wave modulation is carried out on wavelength of a semiconductor laser; by the utilization of a low noise pre-amplification circuit, a photo-signal is converted to a low-noise voltage signal, filtering and amplification are also carried out, then low-distortion data acquisition is carried out on the signal by a high-speed high-order ADC, and the emphasis is to carry out phase-shift self-addition algorithm on the signal by the use of a DSP processor so as to raise absorption signal amplitude and eliminate influence of sine wave carrier; and finally, second harmonic intensity is obtained through FFT transformation, and back calculation of methane gas concentration is achieved by combination of parameters such as sine wave peak value, etc. On the basis of not increasing hardware cost, detection sensitivity of a laser methane gas detection system is greatly raised through algorithm.
