Problems solved by technology

However, when a stroke occurs, it will take a certain amount of time for the ambulance to go to the hospital. When the doctor arrives at the hospital, the doctor will judge the type of stroke based on the patient's vital signs. Therefore, the diagnosis will also consume a considerable amount of time. The time will be very short, and sometimes the best treatment time will be missed

Embodiment Construction

[0020] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment, the present invention will be further described:

[0021] See figure 1 , The present invention relates to an ambulance used for first aid of cerebral apoplexy, and its preferred embodiment includes a controller, a defibrillation monitor, a CT machine, a wireless communication device and a GPS device arranged in the compartment.

[0022] The defibrillation monitor is electrically connected to the controller, and is used to detect the vital signs of stroke patients, such as ECG, blood oxygen and blood pressure, and generate corresponding detection electrical signals;

[0023] Wherein, the working principle and structure of the defibrillation monitor can be known from the prior art, and will not be repeated here.

[0024] The CT is electromechanically connected to the controller to scan and obtain brain tomographic images of stroke patients; the inner wall of the ambulance compartment is equipped with...

Abstract

Provided is an ambulance used for first-aid of cerebral apoplexy, comprising a controller, a defibrillator monitor, a CT machine, a wireless communication device, and a GPS device. The defibrillator monitor is electrically connected with the controller, and is used to detect vital signs of a stroke patient, and generate corresponding detection electric signals. The CT machine is electrically connected with the controller, and is used to scan and obtain brain cross-sectional images of the stroke patient. The inner wall of a carriage of the ambulance is provided with an anti-radiation lead layer. The controller is connected with one or more of a mobile phone, a computer, and a monitoring platform through the wireless communication device in a wireless manner, and is used to send the detection electric signals and the brain cross-sectional images to one or more of the mobile phone, the computer, and the monitoring platform through the wireless communication device in real time. The GPS device is electrically connected with the controller. When a patient is in the ambulance, an onboard doctor and a doctor in a hospital can know vital signs of the patient and brain conditions, so as to diagnose the type of cerebral apoplexy and make a diagnosis and treatment scheme, thereby making more rescue time and improving survival rate of the patient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ambulance used for first aid of cerebral apoplexy. Background technique [0002] Stroke, also known as stroke or cerebrovascular accident, is an acute cerebrovascular disease, a group of diseases that cause brain tissue damage due to the sudden rupture of blood vessels in the brain or the inability of blood to flow into the brain due to vascular obstruction, including ischemia and hemorrhage stroke. The incidence of ischemic stroke is higher than that of hemorrhagic stroke, accounting for 60% to 70% of the total stroke. Occlusion and stenosis of the internal carotid artery and vertebral artery can cause ischemic stroke, most of which are over 40 years old, more men than women, and severe cases can cause death. [0003] The onset time of stroke is fast, and first aid must be carried out in time, otherwise it will be life-threatening and cardiac arrest will occur. However, when a stroke occurs, it will take a certain amount...
