Abstract

The invention discloses deodorized PVC synthetic leather, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of PVC SG-5, 15-30 parts of PVC SG-8, 5-10 parts of bamboo charcoal powder, 10-15 parts of zeolite powder, 5-10 parts of kieselguhr, 1-2 parts of a pineapple leaf fiber, 50-70 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 4-8 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 1-2 parts of sodium erythorbate, 1-2 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium sulfate, 1-3 parts of chitosan, 0.1-0.5 part of cetyl dimethicone, 1-3 parts of triethanolamine, 5-10 parts of a pigment an 5-10 parts of a modified assistant. The PVC synthetic leather is good in abrasion resistance and tearing resistance, and has relatively high breathability and air purifying performance, and high practical value; and an odor can be effectively removed.
