The operating device comprises a frame as well as an operating mechanism and a transmission apparatus which are assembled on the frame; the operating mechanism comprises a main body part and an output spindle which is in transmission connection to the main body part and is used for outputting an operating force; the output spindle is rotationally assembled on the frame; three output parts separately connected to an input part of the transmission apparatus are axially formed at intervals on the output spindle; and the output part at at least one end of the output spindle is positioned outside the frame. At least one end of the output spindle extends out of the frame and by improving an arrangement mode of the operating device, a space for the extending end of the output spindle to be connected with the transmission is reserved outside the frame, so that the space for the output spindle to be connected with the transmission does not need to be restrained in the frame, and thus, a mounting space of the operating mechanism and the transmission apparatus is enlarged and the operating device can be conveniently assembled and debugged.
