At least one end of the output spindle extends out of the frame and by improving an arrangement mode of the operating device, a space for the extending end of the output spindle to be connected with the transmission is reserved outside the frame, so that the space for the output spindle to be connected with the transmission does not need to be restrained in the frame, and thus, a mounting space of the operating mechanism and the transmission apparatus is enlarged and the operating device can be conveniently assembled and debugged.
