Abstract

The invention relates to jacquard song brocade fabric adopting silk with a self adhesion function. Polyester fibers with a low melting point are utilized and are reasonably backed to the opposite surface of the song brocade fabric by texture weave. The melting performance at the low temperature is utilized such that the fabric is directly adhered to the thick back by heating. Two groups of warps and four groups of wefts are designed. Song brocade serves as jacquard silk fabric and has four color layers. The texture surface layer is provided with three warp twill showing color A. The three horizontal jacquards show colors of A, B, and C weft yarns. D wefts are backed to the opposite surface of the song brocade fabric in order to form weft long floating threads. The melting performance at not high temperature is utilized so that the fabric and the thick backing object can be directly bonded together via heating. The jacquard song brocade fabric is used as fabric making a case. Therefore, level and smooth degree and thickness of the fabric are improved and laminating operation for ordinary case fabric is saved. The making process of conventional cases is simplified so that production efficiency is raised and the fabric is eco-friendly and safe.
