The upper end of the waterproof ventilation pleated sheet block is hinged to the face edge of the plastic shell arc face. The waterproof ventilation pleated sheet block is provided with a plurality of ventilation ports. Water blocking pleated sheets are installed between the ventilation ports. The rear end plate faces of the water blocking pleated sheets protrude out of the end face of the waterproof ventilation pleated sheet block. A flashing light is further installed on the plastic shell arc face.
